If you are working on a startup in education that is targeting the higher education market, this might be an interesting opportunity to get in touch with potential customers, e.g. colleges and universities.
Michael Staton of Inigral initiated a special area for startups at this year’s Educause in Philadelphia on October 18th to 21st. In his blog post about the Startup Alley, Michael states that
“IMHO, the biggest barrier to innovation in education is that schools are not having active conversations with startups.”
Therefore, 15 startups in higher education will not only get the opportunity to present their ideas to the Educause audience but also the chance to get first hand feedback from the users they are targeting. Each of the startups will get an assigned space on the exhibit hall floor, a table to sit at and talk and promotion, of course.
Startups interested in joining this conversation can either inquire Inigral or Educause. You can also download the flier for more information.
