In this interview I will talked to Christopher Grant, Senior Vice President of Sclipo.com about their platform.
Sclipo started as a video portal where people could upload how to videos and “broadcast their skills” as the old tagline said. In late 2008 this concept was changed into the direction we see today. Sclipo is delivering a complete toolbox for online teachers. The company is focused on teachers with an existing student base and wants to make the life of those teachers easier by giving them all the tools they need to succeed in the social media age.
But Sclipo has also a bigger mission. By enabling teachers to teach online and keeping the tools clear and easy but yet incredibly efficient Sclipo wants to give access to education to everyone.
